How to use it
Description
With APPA you can create citations and bibliographic references in APA 7th-edition format for your schoolwork, thesis, scientific research, etc. You only need to fill in a short form with the details of the source you want to cite and tap the continue button.
Sources you can cite:
- Books (Book or Collection, Chapter or Entry in a Book, Multi-Volume Work)
- Web pages
- Scientific journals
- Reports
- Images, photographs and illustrations
- Software
You can also share* or copy* the citations you generate through the app to your favorite social networks or to any text editor installed on your device.
If you have doubts about the data you are asked to fill in, or you don't know where in the document it is located, each text field has an information symbol (i) that shows a box with the help you need when you tap it.
*Note: Depending on where you share or paste the text, italics may not be recognized, so parts of the text will appear between "_". This indicates that text should be in italics, so you must remove the "_" and use the tools of the app you are using to italicize that part of the text.
